Year 5 children have been putting their mathematical skills to use this week, working with multiplication, subtraction, finding perimeters and areas. They have created a fantastic floor plan of a zoo, making sure they can fit in all their animals and amenities.

English has seen some budding actors and directors.  First a radio advertisement was scripted by the children, with sound effects, this ad went so well that they created a TV commercial for the Beantastic Grinder, again scripted by the children.

Mrs Sparey And Miss Curtis are very proud of year 5 and the effort they have put into both of these projects.
